Post Oak Landing HOA
HOA Notice 11-21-2012
We are happy to announce that the special assessment of $200 has passed. Thanks to all who took the time to vote and turn in your ballot. We plan to send the bill for the special assessment in February, to be due by the end of March.
Once we have collected the monies for the special assessment, we will contact Cleco to install six new streetlights. We will also lay sod and plant trees in the cul-de-sacs, pending their completion by the parish (which is slated to start sometime in February). We will also repair the playground equipment and perform maintenance on the street signs.
We have removed the uprooted tree in the front of the subdivision. The stump will be ground sometime in the next week. The debris pile has also been removed and the areas of high grass by the park have been bush hogged.
We would also like to remind you that the annual HOA dues of $300 are due by Jan. 31st. We will be mailing out bills in early January.

Welcome to the Post Oak Landing Homeowner's Association (HOA) web site. We are a small, covenant-protected community of 58 homes in beautiful Madisonville, Louisiana. A row of crepe myrtles greets you as you enter our subdivision, with several acres of well-maintained shared property throughout. We have a private playground and park where our children and grandchildren can play safely.
The satellite image below displays the layout of our subdivision. The entrance road is Post Oak Drive, which connects to DeZaire Drive and Coquille Lane. Post Oak Drive is the single entrance/exit point for the neighborhood, which minimizes traffic and further contributes to a safer environment. We have 25 mph speed limits posted on all streets, which are often walked by neighbors and children.
